Any roles inside Vivid Business can initiate a transfer request. The difference is, for the Owner and Admin the toggle for transfer approval is optional while for the Assistant the toggle for transfer approval is mandatory.
Here's how to create a transfer request for both the Admin and the Assistant:
Log in to your Vivid Business account at https://business.vivid.money/en/onboarding/login.
Go to ‘Payments’ on the sidebar menu
Choose 'SEPA payment' for the outgoing transfer you wish to make.
Enter the recipient details and amount. The requestor can leave additional comments for the transfer. This comment will be visible only to the approver.
Click 'Submit for Approval.' For Assistant, the approval toggle is always enabled, while for Owner or Admin, the approval toggle can be switched on if needed.
The transfer request is sent for approval.
If you are an Admin, here's how to review a transfer request
Log in to your Vivid Business account at https://business.vivid.money/en/onboarding/login.
Access the 'Transactions' section from the sidebar menu.
Look for the 'Transfers Pending Approval' banner at the top center of the interface.
Click on the specific transfer you want to review.
If you're Owner or Admin, you'll see options to 'Approve & Pay' or 'Reject.'
Selecting 'Approve & Pay' allows the transaction to be processed immediately.
Choosing 'Reject' allows you to provide a reason for rejection, and the payment won't be processed.
Upon review, whether the payment is approved or rejected, the requestor will get an email notification to review the result.
