Why is my transfer still pending, and what should I do about it?

Important Note: SEPA transfers usually take up to 2 business days to appear in your account, while International Transfers can take up to 5 business days. If your transfer is still pending, please allow additional time for it to process.

Additionally, for security reasons, we occasionally conduct routine checks on our customers' transfers, which may cause some transactions to be temporarily held and, in some cases, declined.

At Vivid Business, safeguarding our customers' accounts is a top priority.

What should you do?

While we carry out this standard procedure, we kindly ask for your patience. In some cases, we may need additional documents or information to verify transfers. If so, you will receive a notification via email or through a push notification on your Vivid Money app detailing the specific information required.

Please respond promptly to any requests sent to your business account. Our team typically needs up to 24 hours to review and address your submission.
