Important note: SEPA transfers typically take up to two business days to appear in your account. If your transfer is still pending, please allow some time for it to arrive.

Additionally, for security reasons, we occasionally conduct routine checks on our customers' transfers, which may cause some transactions to be temporarily held. At Vivid Business, safeguarding our customers' accounts is a top priority.

What should you do?

Whilst we perform this standard banking procedure, we kindly ask you for your patience.

In some cases, we may require additional documents or information to verify transfers. If needed, you will receive an email or push notification if you have access to the Vivid Money app, and you can respond directly to the inquiry we sent. Once we've reviewed the provided documents or information, we'll proceed with processing the transfers accordingly.
