Why is my transfer still pending, and what should I do about it?

Instant SEPA transfers are sent and received within seconds, provided that the other participating bank is compatible with this transfer method.

Regular SEPA Transfers usually take up to 1 business day to appear in your business account or the recipient's account, excluding public holidays and weekends. Please note that additional safety checks might cause delays. If further verification is needed, check your email or the Ticket section in your Vivid Money App for any questions from us.

While we carry out this standard procedure, we kindly ask for your patience. In some cases, we may need additional documents or information to verify transfers. If so, you will receive a notification via email or through a push notification on your Vivid Money app detailing the specific information required.

Please respond promptly to any requests sent to your business account. Our team typically needs up to 24 hours to review and address your submission.
