We offer our plastic cards for free, with no limits, regardless of your subscription plan. Additionally, we provide free delivery for the first plastic card issued for each new team member. For subsequent card issuances, you only need to cover the delivery cost: €9.90 for standard delivery and €24.90 for express delivery.
For metal cards, the issuance fee is €19.90. Delivery costs are €9.90 for standard delivery and €24.90 for express delivery.
To reissue a physical card, either plastic or metal card, you can do so in the Web Interface or the App:
In the Web Interface, go to the Cards section on the left side menu, and click on "Get a new card" at the top right corner. In the App, scroll down to the Cards segment and click "New Card."
Choose the cardholder, which refers to the team member assigned to that card.
Select the card type: plastic or metal. You can customize your plastic cards from 7 available colors. For metal cards, it's available in stylish purple color.
Choose the money accounts the card will be linked to, where payments made by that card will be deducted.
Set the card limit: Payment monthly limit & Withdrawal monthly limit, which can be changed even after ordering the card.
Input the delivery address, pre-filled with information from when the business account was opened.
Choose the delivery method.
Click "Issue Card," and the card is ready to be used.
