We offer recycled plastic cards free of charge, with no issuance limits, regardless of your subscription plan. In addition, the first recycled plastic card issued for each new team member includes free standard delivery. For any additional recycled plastic cards, only the delivery fee applies [€9.90 for standard delivery /€24.90 for express delivery]. For metal cards, a €19.90 issuance fee applies. To issue a physical card, either recycled plastic or metal card, you can do so in the Web Interface or the App:
In the Web Interface, go to the Cards section on the left side menu, and click on "Get a new card" at the top right corner. In the App, scroll down to the Cards segment and click "New Card."
Select the cardholder (the assigned team member).
Select the card type: recycled plastic or metal. You can customize your recycled plastic cards from 7 available colors. For metal cards, it's available in a stylish purple color.
Choose the money accounts the card will be linked to, where payments made by that card will be deducted.
Set the card limit: Payment daily/weekly/monthly limit & Withdrawal daily/weekly/monthly limit, which can be changed even after ordering the card.
Input the delivery address, pre-filled with information from when the business account was opened.
Choose the delivery method.
Click "Issue Card," and the card is ready to be used.
After receiving your physical card, it's essential to activate it before you can start using it. You can do this through the web interface or the app:
Go to Cards (Web) on the left-side menu or My Card (App).
Select your physical card by matching the last 4 digits.
Click “I got the card” (Web) or “I received the card” (App).
Verify the cardholder name and last 4 digits, then confirm.
Set your PIN (avoid sequences or repeated numbers).
Activate the card by using it at an ATM (contactless won’t activate it).In Estonia, Finland, or France, you can set the PIN while checking your account balance at an ATM.
Important Notes:
All team members in the company can confirm that the card has been received and verify if the details are correct. However, only the cardholder can set the PIN. For other team members, the "Set PIN" option will not be available.
