Freeze my card
Freezing your card temporarily blocks all transactions, whether the card is physical or virtual. You can unfreeze it at any time to resume using it. To freeze your card, you can do so via the web interface or the App:
Navigate to the Cards section in the left-side menu of the web interface. In the App, scroll down to the My Card section.
Select the card you want to freeze.
Click on Freeze.
To unfreeze, simply click on Unfreeze.
Close my card
Closing a card permanently deactivates it, and it cannot be used again. If you need a card afterward, you will have to issue a new one with new card details. You can close your card through the web interface or the app:
Navigate to the Cards section in the left-side menu of the web interface. In the app, simply scroll down to the My Card section.
Select the card you want to deactivate.
Click on Freeze.
Then, click on Close Card. A pop-up for 'Delete Card' will appear; click Delete.
