What transactions qualify for Cashback rewards, and which ones do not?

To put it simply, only card purchases—both online and offline—are eligible for Cashback. This applies to both virtual and physical cards, and includes transactions made by all cardholders in the company.

Here are the types of transactions that are not eligible for Cashback:

  1. ATM withdrawals

  2. In-store cash withdrawals

  3. SEPA Direct Debits

  4. Card purchases made with Curve

  5. Card purchases through PayPal considered as transfers to another individual

  6. Card purchases made in Kosovo at the following stores: OFFICE SHOES KOSOVO LL, WALKER FOOD SHPK, KESCOO, LUECHIP KOSOVO LLC, SPAR KOSOVA, LENTIL FOODS, MIQT SHPK, VIVA FRESH 000, PROEX SHPK

  7. Card transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs):

    • 4829 (money transfer)

    • 6012 (merchandise and services – customer financial institution)

    • 6051 (quasi cash – merchant)

    • 6211 (securities – brokers/dealers)

    • 6540 (POI funding transactions, excluding MoneySend)

    • 7995 (gambling transactions)
