Complete Control of Money Accounts: Admins can view all account balances and transaction histories, download statements and payment confirmations, and create or delete money accounts, including Interest Accounts.
Payment Initiation with Approval Options: Admins have the ability to initiate payments or transfer requests immediately, bypassing mandatory approvals when needed. Alternatively, they can opt to route these requests for review by another Admin or the Owner. This flexibility also allows Assistants to direct approval requests to a specific Admin or to all Admins and the Owner, streamlining task management.
Comprehensive Card Management: Admins can issue cards for themselves or for other team members, adjust card settings such as limits, freeze or delete cards, and change the card's linked money accounts. Additionally, issued cards are eligible to earn cashback on every qualified purchase.
Full Access to Team Management: Admins have the authority to invite other Admins or Assistants and to revoke access for team members, excluding the Owner role.
Tariff Plan Management: Admins can view and adjust the business account’s tariff plan to align with changing business needs.

How Can I Grant My Co-founder Admin Access to the Business Account?
Navigate to the ‘Team’ section of your business account.
Click ‘Add a Team Member’, select ‘Admin’, and enter your co-founder’s details, including their email, first name, and last name.
Your Co-founder will receive an invitation to set up access and verify their identity. This quick process typically takes less than three minutes. Once verified, they can securely access your business account using their own login credentials.
