Cashback is part of our bonus and loyalty program where you can earn money by making card purchases using your business card.
How does it work?
Get a Business Card:
You need a virtual or physical business card. If you haven’t issued your card yet, check this page for instructions on how to order one.
Select Cashback Categories:
Choose the categories you’d like to receive Cashback from by navigating to the ‘Cashback’ section of your business account and clicking ‘Choose New Categories’.
For more details about the categories, check this page.
Make Purchases:
To earn Cashback what you need to do is to make purchases by using your business card.
Cashback is only applicable for card purchases, whether online or in-store purchases. Transactions such as direct debits, ATM withdrawals, and card purchases made through other payment services like Curve and Paypal are not eligible for Cashback. For transactions not eligible for Cashback, please refer to this article.
Receiving Cashback:
Cashback is credited when a transaction is made and will appear in your ‘Cashback’ tab. The percentage of Cashback varies based on the categories and your tariff plan and the transaction amount. To see the limit of Cashback that you can earn, you may check this article.
You can also track your Cashback earnings per transaction in the Transactions tab of your business account.
Note that Cashback is rounded down to cents. If the earned Cashback is less than 0.01 EUR, you will not receive any Cashback for that transaction. For example, if you make a purchase of €9.99 with 5% Cashback applied, you will get €0.49, rounded from €0.4995.
Can my assistant earn a cashback from the card assigned to them?
Sure! It doesn’t matter whether your role is an Admin or an Assistant, as long as there is an eligible card purchase for Cashback rewards, you can earn a Cashback.
*Please note that VAT, delivery, gift wrapping, and card fees are excluded from the Cashback percentage calculation, which may affect the Cashback amount received.
