Why didn't I receive my Cashback?

There are several reasons why you may not receive your Cashback after making a purchase. Here are some insights:

  1. Exceeded Monthly Cashback Limit: You may have reached the maximum Cashback limit for your tariff plan. This limit resets on the 1st of every month.

  2. Categories Not Selected: If you haven’t selected the categories for earning Cashback that month, please go to your ‘Cashback’ tab and click ‘Choose New Categories’. Once selected, you can start earning Cashback.

  3. Ineligible Transactions: Some card purchases are not eligible for Cashback.

  4. Late Merchant Authorization: If the merchant sends the authorization too late, we can't recognize the purchase and therefore cannot grant Cashback for it.
