I forgot my passcode. What should I do?

If you've started your Vivid Business application but can't remember your password, you can easily access your application by clicking this link. You'll need to provide the email address used for your application and enter the OTP sent to your email. You won't be asked for a passcode at this stage.

If you already have a business account with us but have forgotten your passcode, follow the guide below to reset it. The "Forgot passcode" flow works both in the Vivid Money App and on the web interface.

From the Vivid Money App:

  1. Open your Vivid Money app.

  2. Tap on ‘Forgot Passcode’ at the top right of the interface.

  3. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address; enter the OTP.

  4. For additional security, another OTP will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP.

  5. Set your new passcode.

  6. Sign in again using your new passcode.

From the Web Interface:

  1. Click this link.

  2. Enter your registered email address or phone number.

  3. Click 'Forgot your passcode?'.

  4. Enter your registered email address again.

  5. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address; enter the OTP.

  6. A second OTP will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP.

  7. Set a new passcode.

  8. You'll receive confirmation that the new passcode has been successfully set.

Passcode Security Guidelines:

  • Avoid consecutive numbers, e.g., 123456.

  • Avoid repetitive numbers, e.g., 111111.

Please note that Vivid Business no longer requires customers to use passwords. Instead, we use a passcode system for enhanced security.
