Why can’t I send or receive international transfers with my account?

If you are unable to process International Transfers, there could be several reasons. Here are some common issues and solutions:

  1. The country or currency may not be supported by your IBAN:

  2. Account blocked or restricted:

    • Please check your email or the Support → Ticket section of your Vivid Money App in case there is a pending request for information from our side. If not, please contact our support channel, and we will look into the issue.

  3. Insufficient or unacceptable documents/information:

    • The documents or information you provided are not acceptable or sufficient. In this situation, we will return the funds to your account.

  4. Tariff plan:

    • If you are on the Free Start or Standard tariff plans, it is not possible to send international transfers, but you are still able to receive international transfers.

Please note that we also do not support Wire transfers (local American scheme). Therefore, any payment in USD must be sent via SWIFT, ACH or other internationally supported methods.
