We're thrilled to hear that you'd like to open a personal account with Vivid! If you already have a Vivid Business account, we've simplified the process for you. You don't need to go through the lengthy onboarding process again. Here’s how you can open your personal account:
If You Already Have the Vivid Money App:
Log in to your business account using the Vivid Money App.
Navigate to the profile section (top left corner).
Click on the banner 'Add Personal Account' and select 'Let’s go'.
Fill in a couple of questions from us (ex. Employment status or country of birth)
Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Your personal account will be created immediately, and you can start using it!
If You Haven’t Downloaded the Vivid Money App:
Download the Vivid Money App from the Play Store or App Store (available only in the EEA region).
Click 'Open an Account'.
Enter the email address associated with your business account and the OTP.
Enter your password or passcode (use the same as your business account).
Enter the SMS OTP sent to your associated phone number.
Click 'Let’s go'.
Fill in a couple of questions from us (ex. Employment status or country of birth)
Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Your personal account will be created immediately, and you can start using it!
Note: Use the same login credentials (email address and phone number) for both your business and personal accounts to ensure a smooth onboarding process and easy login flow.
Switching Between Accounts
Once your personal account is set up, you can easily switch between personal and business accounts in the Vivid Money App:
Go to the Profile section in the app.
See the ‘Switch Account’ section.
Choose which account you’d like to access with just one click.
