Certainly! We appreciate your confidence in Vivid for managing your funds. If you've already established a personal account with us, the sign-up process for a Vivid Business account is seamless.

Upon signing up, kindly use your registered email associated with your personal account. You can access the sign-up page through this link.

After inputting your email, we'll prompt you to verify it. Subsequently, you need to use the same password from your personal account. Following that, a phone number verification step will be initiated. You should also use the same phone number registered with your personal account.

Once these steps are completed, provide your business details, and we'll initiate the review process promptly. Thank you for choosing Vivid!

What if I only set a passcode for my personal account and don't remember my password?

Don't worry! In case you only remember your passcode, you can ask for a password reset by following this guide:

  • Open your Vivid App

  • Navigate to the "Profile" tab by tapping on your name or picture on the main screen.

  • Access 'App Settings.'

  • Locate and select the 'Change Account Password' button.

  • You will be directed to the 'Enter Old Password' page.

  • Click on 'Forget Password.'

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Set your new password.

  • Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed and you can use this newly created password for your Vivid Business application.
