What will happen if I cannot provide my company’s registration extract after the specified deadline?

If you cannot provide your company’s registration extract within the 3-month period, your Founder Account will be closed, and the initial deposit will be returned to the shareholders, the original senders, or to another bank account in the name of the company or the shareholder, at our discretion.

Is there any fee applied to my closed Founder Account?

In the situation that your Founder Account will be closed, you will be responsible for paying the regular fees outlined in Schedule 3 for the entire duration of your Founder Account, in addition to the following additional fees:

Identification fees

in case the delay in registration is due to the failure of the Business Customer or its shareholders. Vivid reserves its right to charge any supplemental cost in accordance with the General T&Cs.

Fraud investigation fee

in case the Founder Account is terminated due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. Vivid retains its right to charge any supplemental cost in accordance with the General T&Cs.
