A payment confirmation is an important document that acts as proof a transfer has been completed from the sender’s side. You can easily access this document in your business account by navigating to the specific transaction and downloading it.

Sending Payment Confirmation Directly from Your Business Account

You no longer need to download and manually send payment confirmations! Now, you can send them directly from your business account in just a few steps:

  1. After completing a transfer: You’ll see an option to enter the recipient’s email address.

  2. Customize the Email: Once you input the recipient’s email, a popup will appear where you can review and customize the email. Here, you can edit the content, switch languages (German, French, Italian, or Spanish), or even add a personal message if needed.

  3. Send and Confirm: Click “Send,” and the recipient will receive an email with a link to download the payment confirmation for that transfer. You can also select an option to receive a copy of the email to your own business account email address.

  4. Expiration Notice: The download link will remain active for 7 days.
