Only inviters and invitees in good standing are eligible and the invitees’ company may not have an existing Vivid Business account. No refunds will be issued. Vivid reserves the right to exclude any account, inviter, or invitee if fraud, misuse, or other suspicious activity is suspected.

The rewards vary based on the invitee's business type. We distinguish between legal entities and sole proprietorships.

Please note:

If the inviter’s Vivid Business account is still subject to a promotional rate period while they successfully refer another business or freelancer, the 4%/3% annual interest rate will replace the existing promotion.

For example, if an inviter opens an Interest Account on March 1, 2025, their promotional rate will be valid until April 30, 2025. If they qualify to obtain the referral reward on March 10, 2025, the promotional rate period will be extended until May 10, 2025.

Earning referral rewards is easy. Follow these steps to invite a business or freelancer to open a Vivid Business account and ensure you both qualify for rewards:

Please note: The invitee must start the application using the referral link. Be sure to review Step 2 to ensure all parties involved qualify for the rewards.

Inviters can monitor the status of their referrals by going to their profile and selecting ‘Recommend us’, then choosing ‘Invitations’. If their status is still pending, a reminder can be sent.

Please note: ATM withdrawals and cash transactions do not qualify as card payments.

Once all conditions are met, the inviter and invitee will receive the rewards within three business days.

What if I invite multiple companies at once, and they all successfully open a business account?

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, as long as the companies meet the required criteria and it's their first registration with Vivid. Inviters and invitees will receive all the monetary rewards in their Vivid Business account. However, the 4%/3% annual Interest Rate for inviters can be applied only up to a total of 180 days.

What if a business or freelancer were invited by multiple people at once? Who will receive the referral reward?

Vivid is able to determine whose referral link a new customer used to start their registration. The rewards will be applied to the account which issued that link.

What happens if a new customer I recommended does not use the referral link I sent but still opens a Vivid Business account?

We can only track applications and offer rewards if a referral link is used.

The inviter will receive a 4% annual interest rate on their Interest Account for 60 days for each successful referral, if invitees open their account before 1st of May 2025. If invitees open their account on or after 1st of May 2025, a 3% interest rate applies. This period can only be prolonged up to a maximum of 180 days.

As the inviter, you will receive a 4%/3% annual interest rate on your Interest Account for 2 months for each successful referral, up to a maximum of 180 days.

Additionally, both inviter and invitee will receive a monetary reward of either EUR 50 or EUR 100, determined at the sole discretion of Vivid. The reward amount is determined by the registration country of both the inviter’s and invitee’s business/sole proprietorship. If the invitee and inviter are in different countries, the reward amounts may vary accordingly.

For the invitees, the regular benefits for new account openings include a 4% p.a. interest rate for 2 months if they open their account before 1st of May 2025. If they open it on or after 1st of May 2025, a 3% p.a. interest rate applies. Additionally, they can enjoy free VISA cards for all team members, and a two-month free trial on a plan of their choice, selected during the onboarding.

The inviter, will receive a 4% p.a. interest rate on your Interest Account for 2 months per successful referral, if the invitee opens their account before 1st of May 2025. If the invitees opens their account on or after 1st of May 2025, a 3% p.a. interest rate applies. The promotional period can only be prolonged up to a maximum of 180 days. If the invitees come from a country where we support freelancer account openings, the inviter earns an extra EUR 20 per referral, credited directly to their existing Vivid Business account.
