Vivid already offers a variety of transfer options for Non-profit Organisations (NPOs). However, certain limitations apply to transactions of associations, foundations, and charities.
General restrictions:
Charitable activities outside the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom and Switzerland are not permitted
Outgoing and incoming transfers to and from destinations outside the EEA, Australia, Canada, Greenland, Japan, Korea (the Republic of), New Caledonia, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the), United States of America (the) are not permitted
Outgoing transfers to Invest/Trading/Crypto platforms are restricted. However, Vivid’s own trading products are still available.
Card transactions involving high-risk merchants (e.g., gambling related) are prohibited.
Card transactions outside the EEA, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Greenland, Japan, Korea (the Republic of), New Caledonia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America and Turkey are not permitted.
Specific to Non-profit Organisations:
Cash donations or contributions are limited to no more than 25% of total annual incoming funds
Contributions from high-risk countries are strictly prohibited
Specific to Charitable Organisations:
International donations are capped at 25% of total annual incoming funds.
Please note: If a transfer violates any of these criteria, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.
