How can I issue a refund to my customer who paid by card?

To refund a payment made by card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay to your customer, please contact our support team and provide the following details:

  • The specific transaction you’d like to refund

  • The refund amount — let us know if it’s a full refund or a partial one (and if partial, please specify the exact amount)

Once processed, the refund will typically reach your customer within 5 to 10 business days.
