How do I activate the Visura Camerale?

If your Visura Camerale is inactive, you must have it reactivated before we can proceed with opening your business account.

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Step 1 – Contact your accountant

    • Request the activation of your Visura Camerale through your accountant.

    • Please note: we cannot continue with your application until we receive an active certificate.

  2. Step 2 – Wait for the activation to be completed

    • The Chamber of Commerce may take some time to process the activation. Once you receive the updated (active) Visura, you can submit it to us.

  3. Step 3 – Upload the document to your Business Account application

    • Log in to your business account application using your username and password.

    • You will be directed to the screen requesting the document.

    • Upload your active Visura Camerale.

This is the recommended method, as it is direct and requires no manual processing from our team, ensuring a faster review.

Can I send the Visura by email instead?

Yes, you can email the document to [email protected]. Please include the following information:

  • Company name

  • First and last name of the legal representative

Keep in mind that this method may take longer, as it requires manual handling. For faster processing, we strongly recommend uploading the document directly to your business account application.

What happens after I submit my active Visura?

Once we receive your active Visura Camerale, our team will review it along with your application.

  • If everything is in order, we will continue reviewing your account opening request.

  • If we need additional details, we may contact you via email or request further information directly within your business account application.

You will be notified by email regarding the status and next steps of your application.
