The F24 form (or Modello F24) is an official document used in Italy to pay taxes, social security contributions, and other government levies.
Vivid is introducing the opportunity to complete this form via the Vivid Business Account. You will be able to make the payment through Vivid Money SA via Banca Sella, and it will be forwarded to the Agenzia delle Entrate as if you had paid them directly.
Who can use the F24 form in Vivid and where can I find it?
Legal entities and freelancers registered in Italy
The Owner, Admin and Assistant role can only fill in and pay.
You can find the F24 form in the Payments tab of your Vivid Business account, in the top-right corner. Currently, the F24 form is available on the web interface. The form fields are available only in Italian to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
Keep in mind that you can save the form as a draft and continue filling it out later. If a draft exists, you’ll be able to resume from where you left off.
What do I pay and how do I pay the F24 form?
The sections available to pay in the form are ERARIO, INPS, REGIONI , IMU e altri tributi locali, Altri enti previdenziali e assicurativi and Accise / Monopoli e altri versamenti non ammessi in compensazione.
F24 payments are typically due before the 15th or the 31st of each month, depending on the tax obligation. Once you’ve completed and reviewed the form and you wish the proceed with the payment:
Click “Continue”
Select the Vivid account you want to pay from
Review the form one final time
Confirm and proceed with the payment
The amount will be automatically debited from your selected Vivid account.
What happens after the payment is completed?
After successful payment:
You receive an immediate payment confirmation
The transaction appears in your timeline
Once the payment is received by the tax authority:
An official receipt issued by the tax authority is automatically attached to the transaction
You can download the receipt for your records
Please note: The tax authority receipt is different from the payment confirmation shown right after you submit the payment. The receipt is issued directly by the Italian tax authority, not by Vivid.
