International transfers to China are processed via our partner Thunes and are available in CNY and USD. However, not all Chinese banks are supported, only recipients at the banks listed below can receive funds.
What else do I need to send a transfer to China?
In addition to using a supported bank, every transfer to China requires:
A supporting document (e.g. invoice, contract, or proof of payment purpose)
A purpose of your transfer
Why is my transfer to China being declined?
If your transfer fails with an error, the most likely cause is that your recipient's bank is not supported. Please ask your recipient to confirm their bank's BIC code and check it against the table below.
Keep in mind that only CNY and USD are supported for transfers to China.
