Corporate cards are company-issued virtual cards embossed with the company name. They are assigned to team members for business-related expenses. They can be often used for recurring company expenses, such as software subscriptions (e.g., Jira, AWS), IT services etc.
A corporate card can be assigned to one team member at a time.
Only the assigned user can view the card details (card number, CVV, expiry date) and add the card to their wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc).
Owners and Admins can reassign the card to another team member at any time.
Corporate cards are available only with the Pro tariff plan and upwards, free of charge.
What are the key benefits of Corporate Cards?
No need to reissue cards when employees change
Secure access, only the assigned user can see card details
Reduced operational effort when managing subscriptions
Who can see the card details?
Only the currently assigned user can access and view the card details. Owners and admins control the assignment but do not expose card details to unassigned team members.
How can I order it?
Go to the Card section in the app and tap the “+” icon.
You’ll see two options under Issued to: “Person” or “Company”.
Select “Company”, then choose the person you want to assign the card to.
Tap “Continue” and select your preferred card colour.
Next, review the company name. If needed, you can edit it before proceeding. Additional options will also be available at this step.
Please note: due to a 19-character limit (including spaces), some name combinations may not be available.
Once you’ve chosen the company name, you can set spending limits for the card.
Tap “Continue” to finish, your card will then be ready to use.
How can I assign or reassign to a team member?
To assign or reassign the corporate card, follow these steps:
Click on the card in the “Card Section”
Scroll down to “Card Access”
Click on the edit symbol at the top right.
Select the team member you wish to assign it to.
Please keep in mind that a corporate card can be assigned to one team member at a time.
What happens when a card is reassigned?
When an owner or admin reassigns a corporate card to a new team member:
A 2FA (two-factor authentication) verification is triggered.
The new user must set a new PIN code.
Card details become visible only to the new assignee.
This ensures secure access and proper handover. If the assigned team member leaves the company, the admin can reassign the same card to a new employee without reissuing the card or updating payment details with merchants.
