What if I leave my account with insufficient balance to pay my monthly plan? Will my account be deactivated?
Updated over a week ago

No, your account will not be deactivated immediately.

We will deduct the tariff plan fee from the account with the highest balance first. If the balance is insufficient, we will proceed to the account with the next highest balance, and continue in this manner until the full amount is paid.

If the combined balance of all your accounts is not enough to cover the tariff plan fee, the unpaid amount will be added as a debt to your account. You will have one calendar month from the billing date to pay your monthly fee and continue enjoying the benefits of your plan.

How is the debt paid?

We automatically deduct the owed amount directly from your business account. If your account has an outstanding balance for the tariff plan, any incoming transfers to your business account will be used to settle the debt until it is fully paid.

For example:

  • You are currently enrolled in the Basic annual tariff plan, which costs 84€ per year, payable in one installment.

  • Currently, your account balance is 20€.

  • Upon renewal, your account will be charged 20€, and the remaining 64€ will be recorded as debt.

  • One week later, if 40€ is deposited into your account, this amount will automatically be used to reduce the debt, leaving a balance of 24€ still owed.

  • If another 100€ is transferred to your account the following day, 24€ will be automatically deducted to clear the remaining debt.

  • After settling the debt, your account will have a balance of 76€.
