Here's a breakdown of the actions each role can perform within their Vivid Business Account:

Owner

Admin

Assistant

Create transfer requests

Make payments and approve transfers requests

Create and delete money accounts

Add and delete team members

Manage all cards: issue/reissue, freeze/unfreeze, delete cards, change card limits, linked accounts and security settings

View and freeze all cards

Own cards: use, freeze card, view card limits and details, change pin
