If your physical card hasn't arrived yet, you can follow these steps:
- Check the estimated delivery date and allow an extra 1-2 working days in case of any delays. 
- Double-check the address you provided during the order process. 
- Reach out to your neighbor or receptionist to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake. 
- If you still haven't received your card, please don't hesitate to contact customer support. We're here to assist you and can even help you with the process of reissuing a new physical card.
