If your physical card hasn't arrived yet, you can follow these steps:

  1. Check the estimated delivery date and allow an extra 1-2 working days in case of any delays.

  2. Double-check the address you provided during the order process.

  3. Reach out to your neighbor or receptionist to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
