How can I manage the notification settings for the app?

You can easily activate or deactivate notifications for both app and email notifications directly from the Vivid Money App.

These notifications include:

  • Payments Notifications: Alerts for incoming transfers, outgoing transfers, and requests for approval settings.

  • Card Notifications: Updates on any card transactions you perform.

  • Useful Content: Information on product updates and promotions.

To manage these notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Vivid Money App.

  2. Go to the "Profile" tab by tapping on your name or picture in the top left corner of the main screen.

  3. Tap "Notification Settings."

  4. Switch the notification toggle to ON or OFF according to your preference.

If you want to completely deactivate the app’s notifications, go to your device settings, select the app, and turn off notifications.
