Why is my application rejected?
Updated over 3 months ago

We understand that being unable to open an account with us can be discouraging, especially after you have invested significant time in completing the application and answering our additional questions. This situation may leave you feeling uncertain about the reasons behind the decision and powerless to make any changes.

However, financial institutions sometimes make such decisions to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and adhere to their terms and conditions. Here are some possible reasons for your application rejection:

  • Your company does not meet our eligibility criteria (Link).

  • The nature of your business is within our list of unsupported industries (Link).

  • Our current setup does not support onboarding for your specific legal entity yet.

  • You chose the wrong flow for onboarding.

    • This usually happens when a freelancer chooses "registered company" instead of "sole proprietor" or vice versa. To avoid this, please ensure that the legal status you select accurately reflects your business type.

    • If this applies to your situation, you can reapply by selecting the correct legal status

We genuinely appreciate your interest in our services, and if there are any changes in the future that allow us to onboard you, we will reach out to you.

Can I reapply even though my application was rejected?

The decision will remain the same if there are no changes in your application details or our requirements.
