Your cashback limit depends on the categories available to you, which are determined by your account type (Business or Freelancer) and your selected tariff plan. Higher plans offer access to more cashback categories with higher earning percentages.
To view your current cashback categories and earning limits, log into the mobile or go to the ‘Cashback’ section in your account. You can also compare Cashback percentages across different plans here.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes. The ‘All Purchases’ category is the only exception — there is no monthly cap on how much cashback you can earn in this category and it does not count towards the monthly limit. However, the cashback percentage for ‘All Purchases’ still varies based on your plan and account type.
When does the cashback limit reset?
Your cashback limit resets on the 1st of each month.
What if I exceed my cashback limit for the month?
Once you reach the maximum cashback allowed for your plan, you will not earn additional rewards — even on eligible purchases. Cashback rewards are not cumulative and cannot be carried over to the next month.
