What happens to my Cashback if I change my tariff plan in the middle of the month?

If the switch entails upgrading from the previous tariff plan, you will be eligible to earn Cashback up to the limit of the new, higher-tier plan.

For instance:

  • Suppose you're currently on the Pro tariff plan and decide to upgrade to Enterprise on the 20th of the month. Up to this point, you've earned €200 in Cashback, the maximum allowable under the Pro plan. With the upgrade, your new Cashback limit increases to €300, allowing you to earn additional Cashback from the 20th onwards. Subsequently, starting from the following month, your limit will be set at €300, in line with the offerings of the Enterprise plan.

Conversely, If the switch involves downgrading from the previous tariff plan and the new Cashback limit is lower, we will maintain the previous Cashback limit for the current month. The adjusted Cashback limit will then take effect in the subsequent month.

For instance:

  • Let's say you're on the Enterprise tariff plan and opt to downgrade to Pro on the 20th of the month. Under the Enterprise plan, the maximum Cashback attainable is €300. You will continue to earn Cashback up to €300 until the end of the current month. However, from the following month onwards, the new Cashback limit of €200 will apply.
