To receive International Transfers, first verify that the sender's country is supported by our services. You can find the list of supported countries here. Once confirmed, provide your international account details to the sender.
Your international account details can be accessed by selecting the specific account for which you want to receive an international transfer.
From the Accounts → choose the specific account → Details. For EUR accounts, please click the “International” tab to get the account details.
To ensure your account can receive international transfers, verify the following details:
IBAN: should start with “LU”
The only exception is for the Danish Krone (DKK) account, where the IBAN starts with “DK”
BIC should be “BCIRLULLXXX”
For Danish Krone (DKK) account, the BIC is “SXPYDKKKXXX”
Please note that if you mistakenly share your local account details for an international transfer, the transfer will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
Ensuring you provide the correct international account details is crucial for the successful receipt of funds.
