If any of your company's documents have expired, we can still verify this information online through the public registry. It shouldn't be an issue. If you have a document verifying that the extension process is ongoing, please attach it to your application.
The only exception is for Cyprus-based companies, where valid documents are required, this includes providing a registration document issued not later than 3 months ago when you start your Vivid Business application. Additionally, you will need to provide updated documents at least once a year to keep our records current.
