Offline Transactions: For example, if you make a purchase during an in-flight transaction, it may not be authorized until after landing. If there are insufficient funds at that time, a negative balance can occur.
Currency Exchange Differences: When making purchases abroad in a foreign currency, fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of authorization and the final settlement can lead to a negative balance. For instance, purchasing in dollars and settling in euros may result in a different amount once the transaction is finalized.
To avoid a negative balance, please ensure your account has sufficient funds before making transactions. Regularly topping up your business account will help maintain a positive balance.
