Eligibility
Currently, POS (Point-Of-Sale) terminals are available to all customers based in Germany with a General Business or Freelancer account. Each request is subjected to approval.
Who can order a POS terminal?
If you have the role of Owner, Admin or Assistant, you are able to order a POS terminal.
Steps for onboarding:
- Complete the card acquiring application - the steps for this are here. - If you have already completed your card acquiring onboarding, you can proceed to the next steps 
 
- In your account, go to the ‘Get paid’ section - In the web version, you then must also click ‘Terminal Payments’ 
 
- Click ‘Order terminal’ 
- Follow the instructions to complete your order 
That’s it! We will then review your order and, within 1 business day, you will know if your order request has been accepted or declined.
Order statuses
In the Vivid app, you can track the status of your terminal order:
- Placed – we have received your order request, and it is currently being reviewed 
- Shipped – your order has been confirmed and is currently being sent to you 
- Delivered – delivery is complete - If the status of your order is Delivered but you have not received it, please contact customer support via chat so we can investigate this for you. 
 
- Declined – your order request has been declined - If your order has been declined, it is not possible for you to be provided with a POS terminal. 
 
How many terminals can I order?
This depends on your type of business. Our team will assess each request to determine if a POS terminal can be provided to you.
