I don’t have access to the phone number or email address I used to register in Vivid Business anymore, what should I do?

If you can't log into your Vivid Business account because you no longer have access to the phone number or email address linked to your account, please contact us at [email protected].

We can help you update your email address or phone number. To do this, we will need documents to verify your ownership of the new email address or phone number.

Please provide the following documents:

For Email Address:

  • A selfie holding a piece of paper with the new email address and the current date written on it.

For Phone Number:

  • Mobile contract/invoice showing your full name and phone number.

  • A single picture showing both:

    • SIM card holder or packaging with the phone number (not handwritten).

    • Your passport/ID.

Send these documents to our dedicated email address and specify the reason you no longer have access to your previous email address or phone number. Our team will assist you with updating your login credentials.
