How can I contact customer support for assistance or inquiries?

If you need assistance at any stage of your business application or after opening your business account, feel free to reach out to us anytime! We're here 24/7 to address any questions or concerns you may have.

You can contact us through these channels:

  • Live Chat: Our live chat is available even before your business account is opened. It's located in the bottom right corner of the web interface. After your account is open, you can also reach us through the secure messaging service in the Vivid Money app. We aim to reply within 2 minutes!

  • WhatsApp: You can contact customer support on +49 173 6264394. Please note that if you are not using the number that is registered to your Vivid account, we will only be able to assist with general information and nothing specific to your account.

  • Email: Send us an email at [email protected], and our team will respond promptly, usually within 1 hour.
