I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you've started your Vivid Business application but can't remember your password, you can easily access your business application by clicking this link. You'll be asked to provide the email address you used for your business application and then enter the OTP sent to your email.

If you're already onboarded but have forgotten your password, you can refer to this guide on how to reset it, depending on your situation.

  1. You have a Vivid Money personal account but can't recall your business account password

    • Open your Vivid Money app which will open to your personal account

    • Go to the "Profile" tab by tapping on the name/picture from the main screen

    • Click ‘App Setting’

    • You will see ‘Change Account Password’ button, click it

    • You will be taken to a page ‘Enter Old Password’

    • Click ‘Forget Password?’

    • OTP will be sent to the correspondence email address

    • Fill in the new password

    • Password changed!

    • Use the password for your business account

  2. You don't have a personal account with us and can't recall your business account password

    • Download Vivid Money App

    • Tap on the ‘Sign in’ option and input your email address.

    • Select 'Can't Log in?' at the bottom of the app interface.

    • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address; enter the OTP.

    • Set a new password and confirm it by entering it again.

    • You'll receive confirmation that the new password has been successfully set.
