Yes, there is a monthly limit on the cashback you can earn.
Your cashback limit depends on the categories available to you, which are determined by your account type (Business or Freelancer) and your selected tariff plan. Higher plans offer access to more cashback categories with higher earning percentages.
To view your current cashback categories and earning limits, log into the mobile or go to the ‘Cashback’ section in your account. You can also compare Cashback percentages across different plans here.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes. The ‘All Purchases’ category is the only exception — there is no monthly cap on how much cashback you can earn in this category. However, the cashback percentage for ‘All Purchases’ still varies based on your plan and account type.
When does the cashback limit reset?
Your cashback limit resets on the 1st of each month.
What if I exceed a category’s cashback limit for the month?
Once you reach a category’s monthly limit, you won’t earn that category’s rate on further purchases that month. If you’ve also selected the ‘All Purchases’ category, these purchases still earn cashback at your ‘All Purchases’ rate, as it has no monthly limit.
Example: you’ve selected Amazon (10%, €100 monthly limit) and ‘All Purchases’ (1%). You spend €10,000 at Amazon. The first €1,000 earns €100 at 10%, which reaches the Amazon limit. The remaining €9,000 earns €90 at 1% under ‘All Purchases’.
Cashback can’t be carried over to the next month.
