How can I change my team member's information?

If you'd like to change your personal information, please contact us via Chat. We will assist you in updating your data.

Please note, we can only process requests made directly by the team member who wants to update their information. Requests from representatives are not accepted.

Here are the details we can change and the required documents for verification:

First and Last Name

Changing Last Name or First Name:

  • New passport (photo page AND signature page) or new ID (front AND back)

  • Or any other official document (e.g., marriage certificate, divorce decree)

Correcting a Typo or Removing a Middle Name:

  • Simply provide the correct name, and we will update it for you.

Date of Birth

Passport or ID document showing your birth date

Citizenship

Passport or ID document showing your citizenship
