How can I make payments or transfers within the Vivid platform?

Vivid Business currently facilitates two types of transfers:

  1. SEPA Transfer

    • SEPA transfers in Euro can be made to any individual or organization with a bank account supporting SEPA transactions.

    • To initiate a SEPA transfer, navigate to the 'Payments' tab in your Vivid app, select 'Send Money', input the recipient's IBAN and full name, specify the amount, and click 'Send'.

  2. Between My Accounts

    • Given that you may have multiple accounts within your Vivid Business account, transfers between them are instantaneous.

    • To execute a transfer between your accounts, access the 'Payments' tab, then choose 'Between My Accounts'. Select the accounts involved, specify the transfer amount, and click 'Send'.
